The RI Society of CPA's Business Valuation Committee welcomed RI Superior Court Judge Richard A. Licht for an in-person seminar on Thursday, November 17th. The topics of discussion included shareholder dispute cased, the credibility of expert witnesses, and how the RI Superior Court is currently operating. In attendance were CPAs and Business Valuation professionals from a variety of firms in Rhode Island and Connecticut.
