It all starts with Maslow. Noted leadership guru Miguel Rey will adapt Maslow's seminal work on the “Hierarchy of Needs” to business. Maslow was fascinated by the prospect that companies could have a profound influence on personal self-actualization.  After all, he argued, companies are made up of people, and it was his belief that each of us wanted "to become everything one is capable of becoming."

We'll adapt leadership-learning to your workplace. The program will focus on “Transformation Peaks” … exploring the “Employee Pyramid,” the “Customer Pyramid,” and the “Partner's Pyramid.” As a participant, you will learn how to search out opportunities for creating a Transformation Peak in your own firms.


Participants in this full-day workshop will discuss and analyze how leaders help their organizations create deeper loyalty with their key stakeholders. The quality and durability of the relationships they create are a fundamental competitive advantage.
