Partner Roundtables: Straight Talk with Firm Leaders

A great opportunity to hear and share best practices with Boston based firm leaders in a confidential setting. Partner facilitators, Ronald Loberfeld of Abrams Little-Gill Loberfeld PC and  Jeffrey Levine of Alkon & Levine, PC, will share tips on operations and address management issues for CPA firms in an informal round-table format. Discussions will include insights on challenges facing practitioners including: Keeping up with changes and complexities of tax laws and A&A standards, challenges of seasonality, finding and keeping qualified staff, firm growth, bringing in and maintaining new clients, billing rates, compensation levels, fringe benefits, flexible work schedules, hiring practices, alternative services (financial planning, investment management, commission based products, etc.), succession planning or mergers/ acquisitions and technology.
