The RI Society of CPAs this year launched its first ever leadership training seminar program, made up of six dynamic leadership courses scheduled over six months. Communications coaches, leadership trainers and motivational speakers offering comprehensive training in understanding and developing leadership skills, communicating effectively, establishing meaningful networks, and forging lasting client relationships.
Course Topics in 2017 include: Leadership Challenge Workshop, (based on the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership); Navigating a Room; Managing Your Leadership Brand; Communicating with Confidence; Managing Conflict and Difficult Conversations; and Capturing the Hearts and Minds of Clients.
